The cleanliness was quite disappointing during my stay. I noticed several areas in the room that were not cleaned properly, including dirt and hair between the mattress and the wall. I reported these issues but felt like they were brushed aside, leading to an overall frustrating experience.

absolutely shocked! The room I was given had dirt, hair, and food crumbs between the mattress and the wall, definetely not my idea of clean. I also dealt with stubborn staff who wouldn’t honor my request to cancel one room out of my three.
